Call for Abstracts

The Research, Innovation and Quality Improvement teams invite you to celebrate and showcase best practice across the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust at RIQI 2023.

This summer we are planning a week of in-person and live-streamed events, showcasing project successes to inspire future work to continue improving patient care and experience across the Trust.

Under the theme of Inclusion, we will host a virtual poster gallery, a celebration of our partnership with Imperial College London, an innovation and improvement pop up event and variety of workshops  across the week, where a number of projects will be showcased.

Colleagues involved in Research, Innovation or Quality Improvement projects at our Trust are encouraged to submit an abstract for presentation at the event by 09 May 2023  12:00 via this form: https://forms.office.com/e/kXLWf0dGmE  (NHS account sign-in required)

Event Programme Outline 

We will select up to 50 projects for inclusion in our digital poster gallery. The format can include digital posters (including those already presented externally within the last 12 months), videos or other creative online formats. We will select a number of posters for printing and physical display on our hospital sites, and also invite a number of projects for additional oral presentations during the week.

We specifically welcome abstracts for layperson summary posters or slideshows, which we want to display across both hospital site atriums during the RIQI week.
