Welcome
Kobler Clinic on the ground floor of St. Stephens Centre offers outpatient HIV services.
Kobler clinic has a worldwide reputation as a centre of excellence in the care of people living with HIV alongside innovative clinical research on ageing, comorbidities and coinfections.
We offer care for people living with HIV in a modern, confidential and friendly setting. As we are part of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, we have access to an excellent range of facilities and expertise.
Opening times
Please only attend Kobler Clinic in person if you have been given a face-to-face appointment.
- Mon: 8:30am–4:30pm
- Tue: 8.30am–4:30pm
- Wed: 11:30am–7pm
- Thu: 8.30am–4:30pm
- Fri: 8:30am–1pm
Please note: From the 10th of April 2026, Kobler will be permanently closed Fridays from 1pm, please see information below if you require emergency medical advice.
Getting in touch
To book or cancel an appointment, if you are running low on medication, or for any other enquiries relating to your care, please contact Kobler Clinic one of the following ways:

For all email queries, please include your full name, date of birth, mobile number, your clinic/hospital number and relevant appointment dates, if appropriate. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Klick app
- Book routine consultations with a Kobler clinician.
- Request emergency prescriptions for one month's supply of medication.

Emotional wellbeing
Our HIV peer support service is run in partnership with Positively, Plushealth and NAZ.The service is funded by the London Fast Track Cities Initiative.
We offer face-to-face and online appointments using apps such as Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom as well as phone calls.
You can choose the best method for you, which could be a text chat, voice or video call.
Urgent medical advice
If you have an urgent problem related, or possibly related, to your HIV, please see Rapid Review Clinic information.
If you have an urgent HIV-related problem at night, weekends or on bank holidays, go to your nearest A&E let them know you are an HIV patient at the Kobler Clinic at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
