We are very sorry but please be aware that due to the current lockdown our waiting times for our telephone service have increased.
Please only call us if you have an urgent problem; if you are running low on medication (LESS THAN 6 weeks supply) or if you need to check your most recent blood results, as this will allow us to prioritise your needs.
We strongly encourage all people living with HIV, regardless of their CD4 count to have the COVID-19 vaccination. For further information about HIV and COVID-19 vaccination, please check BHIVA website and do register with a GP if you have not already done so.

For urgent medical advice
If you think you may need same-day urgent HIV care, call the Rapid Review Clinic at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on 07805 813 558. The service runs 8:30am–2pm, Mon–Fri. You will be assessed and may be referred to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for emergency treatment if appropriate.

Klick
Klick is a new smartphone app. By signing up to this service, you will be able to:
- Book routine blood test appointments at Kobler Clinic
- Book an annual review telephone appointment for an all-round health check-up with an experienced nurse
- Communicate with the clinic about your healthcare needs by completing a questionnaire
- Receive notifications about your blood results and/or care
- View your routine test results (coming soon)

Emotional wellbeing and support
The COVID-19 pandemic has understandably had an impact on the emotional health and wellbeing of some of our patients. If you feel you would benefit from some support please talk to any member of the clinical team.
We can also refer you to our HIV Peer Support service.
HIV and COVID-19
There is currently no evidence that people living with HIV are at greater risk of either getting COVID-19, or becoming unwell due to the virus. Please check the British HIV Associations regularly updated guidance for HIV specific advice
