An outline of the communications and engagement approach in the Trust.

The Trust is immensely proud of our 6,700 workforce and our staff voice and engagement is pivotal to us as an organisation. 

We have set out a regular cycle of engagement and communications that encourages feedback and harnesses better connection from ward to the board of the Trust.

The following plan sets out our priority to ensure all staff are aware of the Trust's strategic priorities, performance and areas for focus and improvement.

We will continue to celebrate our staff and ensure they are engaged in order to increase retention, improve quality of patient care and performance.
