Kobler Outpatient Clinic

HIV AIDS London Sexual Health Testing Hepatitis C Hep

May 2021

From mid-May 2021 we have changed our patient pathways as our services slowly reopen to facilitate seeing more patients in clinic

Our HIV telephone line will now connect you to a member of our administration team who will either book you a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment.

We are prioritising face to face appointments for all patients who have not seen us in the last 12 months or more and also those patients who are running low on medication.

We are also running a daily telephone call back clinic and if your call is not urgent we’ll book you an appointment and one of our clinical team will call you back

You can also access repeat prescriptions (if you are stable on treatment) and book a blood test appointment via our new Klick stable patient service.

Please note we are currently unable to see walk-in patients

To book or cancel an appointment, if you are running low on medication or for any other enquiries relating to your care please call Kobler Clinic on 020 3315 4040 (option 2) during the times below:

  • 8:30am–12 noon and 1–4:30pm

We strongly encourage all people living with HIV, regardless of their CD4 count to have the COVID-19 vaccination. For further information about HIV and COVID-19 vaccination, please check BHIVA website and do register with a GP if you have not already done so.

To continue to keep patients and our staff safe please read the following information around how we manage our patient appointments:
