  • Tue: 1–3pm
  • Wed: 1–3pm
  • Fri: 9–11am

Please call the clinic on 020 8321 5718 for appointment, advice, and information.

Our walk-in clinic for young people aged 19 years and under remains a walk-in service on Wednesdays at Feltham Centre for Health 2pm-4pm, and at Heart of Hounslow on Fridays 2pm-4pm.

All patients attending the clinic will be expected to wear a face covering and will be asked to use hand sanitiser as they enter the building.

If you have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or you have a new, continuous cough, and/or high temperature, and/or loss or change to sense of smell/taste, DO NOT attend the clinic.

We do recommend that you follow current NHS guidance about how best to protect yourselves and others from coronavirus.

Many thanks for your understanding and your patience at this difficult time.

HIV care

If you attend our services for HIV care and have any concerns, please call us on 020 8321 5675. Please leave a message if someone is unable to take your call, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sexual health screening

If you do not have any symptoms, you can access sexual health screening via Sexual Health London, which is a free online sexual health service for residents of most London boroughs. Please register for an account, complete the online consultation and, if the service is right for you, a free kit will be posted out. You will need to take your own samples and return them by post for testing. The results are available in a few days.

Emergency contraception

You can get emergency contraception from pharmacies for free—please call pharmacies directly to enquire about how to collect it from them.

Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)

If you think you need PEP, please call us on 020 8321 5718 Mon–Fri. Over the weekend, you can call NHS 111 for advice on attending a hospital A&E/Urgent Treatment Centre for PEP.

Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)

You can now book PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) appointments at our clinic—please bear in mind that PrEP appointments will only be at our Twickenham house clinic.
