John Hunter Clinic closed—coronavirus (COVID-19) advice for patients

In order to prioritise efforts towards the rapidly evolving COVID-19 outbreak, we regret to inform you that the John Hunter Clinic is closed until further notice.

In response, 56 Dean Street will be providing emergency services on behalf of John Hunter Clinic. During the COVID-19 outbreak, only emergency services will be provided.

If you feel your problem is urgent, please contact 56 Dean Street on 020 3315 5656 during the following times:

Mon: 8am–3:30pm
Tue: 8am–3:30pm
Wed: 12 noon–7:30pm
Thu: 8am–3:30pm
Fri: 9am–4:30pm 

Screening for sexually transmitted infections can be performed using a home test kit, ordered online via Sexual Health London.

Please do not come to any of the clinics under any circumstances if you have a fever or cough.

Sexual Health London—free home STI testing kit

Sexual Health London is a free online sexual health service for residents of most London boroughs. Please register for an account, complete the online consultation and if the service is right for you, a free kit will be posted out. You will need to take your own samples and return them by post for testing. The results are available in a few days. The service was initially for people with no symptoms but can now also be used if you have some types of symptoms, or if you have no symptoms and have been in contact sexually with someone known to have gonorrhea, chlamydia or syphilis.
