What to expect

COVID-19 has changed the way we all work. We continue to provide the best musculoskeletal physiotherapy service that we can, as long as it is safe and in line with the requirements of Public Health England.

We offer both a face-to-face and virtual appointments. Based on your referral, the physiotherapy team will advise the most suitable appointment for you. If you are shielding or would prefer a virtual consultation, please let us know.

During your initial consultation, your physiotherapist will take a detailed history and listen to your goals. Your physiotherapist will then develop a working diagnosis following an assessment. Together with your physiotherapist, you will formulate an individualised treatment plan to help you achieve your short and long term goals.

If we are unable to diagnose your problem or you are not improving through virtual consultations, we may ask you to come in for a face-to-face appointment for further assessment.
