Complementary therapies for people affected by cancer

We provide free complementary therapies for cancer patients at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

We offer up to six free complementary therapy sessions to cancer patients under the care of Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, as well as their carers and relatives. These therapies—including massage and reflexology—do not replace medical treatments but can be used alongside conventional cancer care to support overall wellbeing.

Complementary therapies can help lift your mood, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and ease fatigue. All therapists are fully qualified, insured, and registered with a professional body.

Massage therapy

Massage is a gentle therapy that involves using the hands to apply pressure and movement to the body. Appointments are held every other Wednesday, from 10:30am until 1:30pm

Reflexology

Reflexology is a calming therapy where pressure is gently applied to specific points on the feet (or sometimes the hands). Appointments are held every Friday afternoon, from 1:00pm until 4:00pm
