Happy New Year from everyone at the Trust. As the new year begins, the Trust is recognising the staff and volunteers who were celebrated through the Great Big Cheer Awards 2025, following nominations from colleagues and patients across the organisation.

The awards, presented during Great Big Thank You Week in December, recognise individuals and teams who consistently demonstrate commitment, care and professionalism, and who live the Trust’s PROUD values in their day-to-day work supporting patients and communities.

This year’s nominations highlighted the breadth of talent, compassion and teamwork across services at both Chelsea and Westminster and West Middlesex sites. Shortlisted nominees were recognised for their contributions during celebrations held across the Trust.

The Great Big Cheer Awards provide an opportunity to highlight the impact of staff and volunteers whose work makes a meaningful difference to patient experience, colleague wellbeing and the wider organisation.
