Accessing the Trust intranet

Staff can access the intranet automatically on Trust computers to stay informed with the latest news, updates and guidelines—you can also use your own computer or mobile device.

Access via the app

Smartphone/tablet

• On your smartphone or tablet, download the ‘my intranet by Interact’ app—for iOS or Android 
• Enter Trust code 5842
• If prompted, tap ‘Sign in via ADFS’
• Log in using your Trust PC username (in the format username@chelwest.nhs.uk) and password

Access via a browser

Smartphone/tablet or any computer

• Visit cawhnhstrust.interactgo.com on your personal computer, smartphone, or tablet
• If prompted, tap ‘Connect with ADFS’
• Log in using your Trust PC username (in the format username@chelwest.nhs.uk) and password
