Klick: Connecting you to your care
Healthcare services have been adapting during 2020 so that outpatients can continue to receive high-quality care while spending less time in the hospital setting. In this context, we introduce Klick, a smartphone app for patients living with a long-term condition. Klick will help you to connect with your outpatient clinic.
What is Klick?
Klick is a new smartphone app. By signing up to this service, you will be able to:
- Book/reschedule/cancel blood tests
- Book/ reschedule/ cancel routine review appointments (repeat prescriptions can be obtained as part of these review appointments)
- Receive secure notifications about your care via the app
- View your routine blood test results
Currently, to be able to register on the Klick app you’ll need to receive your care at Kobler, 56 Dean Street or 10 Hammersmith Broadway (10HB) or Sexual Health Hounslow (SHH) at Twickenham House. We are planning to roll out to our other sites in Watford, Stevenage and Harlow over time.
To complete your registration, you will need to enter your UK mobile number and Medical Number (if you don’t know this number, it can usually be found on the label of your regular medication).
The type of Klick appointments available to you will depend on your home clinic.
Kobler Klick Appointments:
- Routine review consultation with an experienced nurse working as part of a consultant-led team. These appointments are for stable patients on treatment needing a routine review. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire just before your appointment.
- Medical Review consultation with a doctor or advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) – currently these appointment slots are available on Mon AM, Tues AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday evening and Thursday PM
- You can opt to attend either of these appointments in person or opt to have a telephone consultation. You are asked to communicate your preference when you complete the the questionnaire on the app. You can receive a repeat prescription and have bloods taken as part of this appointment. Or you can choose to book a separate appointment for bloods.
- Routine blood tests
- Injectables- these appointments are only to be booked subject to prior discussion and approval by your clinical team
56 Dean Street Klick Appointments:
- Annual Review consultation with an experiences nurse working as part of a consultant- led team – once a year in-depth health check and blood tests. You will receive a repeat prescription as part of this appointment
- 6 Month Check – includes viral load, hepatitis and syphilis tests. You will receive a repeat prescription as part of this appointment
- Injectables- these appointments are only to be booked subject to prior discussion and approval by your clinical team.
10 Hammersmith Broadway (10HB) Klick Appointments:
- Routine Review consultation with an experienced nurse working as part of a consultant-led team. These face-to-face appointments are for stable patients on treatment needing a routine review. You will receive a repeat prescription and have bloods taken as part of this appointment. Or you can choose to book a separate appointments for blood.
- Routine blood tests
Sexual Health Hounslow (SHH) at Twickenham House:
- Routine review consultation with an experienced nurse working as part of a consultant-led team. These appointments are for stable patients on treatment needing a routine review. You will be asked to complete a short pre-visit questionnaire just before your appointment.
You can opt to attend this appointment in person or have a telephone consultation. You are asked to communicate your preference when you complete the questionnaire on the app. You can receive a repeat prescription and have bloods taken as part of this appointment. You can have bloods done during this appointment or you can book a separate appointment for bloods.
- Routine blood tests
- Injectables – these appointments are only to be booked subject to prior discussion and approval by your clinical team

Download the app from Google Play store or the Apple app store by searching “Klick app” or click the appropriate link below:
If you’ve booked your appointments via the app, will be able to view your routine blood test results on the app and receive notifications from your clinical team (e.g. if any action is required).
Please note that only Klick appointments booked via the app will be viewable on the app.
We are working hard to improve this app to give you easy and convenient access to your care so your feedback is really important to us. We may ask you to complete a feedback questionnaire.
