Feltham Centre for Health

COVID-19 advice—service update

From 4 Aug 2020 we will be reopening our services at Feltham Centre for Health on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment only. Only our young persons clinic on a Wednesday 2–4pm remains walk-in.

In order to limit the spread of coronavirus, we have changed the way patients can access sexual health services. At present we have suspended our walk-in services, but we are offering pre-booked appointments. We are taking measures to ensure that social distancing can be maintained to optimise staff and patient safety.

Important: Please do not come to the clinic unless you have telephoned us first. To book an appointment, please call 020 8321 5718.

Feltham Centre for Health is a nurse-led contraception and sexual health service providing appointments for contraception and STI testing. Feltham does not provide specialist services for patients with symptoms. You may be referred to a specialist clinic at our Heart of Hounslow clinic or asked to visit our Twickenham House clinic, based at West Middlesex University Hospital.

You can get emergency contraception from pharmacies for free, please call pharmacies directly to enquire about how to collect it from them.

If you think you need PEP, please call us on 020 8321 5718 Mon–Fri. Over the weekend, you can call NHS 111 for advice on attending a hospital A&E/Urgent Treatment Centre for PEP.
