Trust retains safety measures from 19 July

15 July 2021

The Trust will retain our infection prevention and control measures from 19 July, to protect patients, visitors, and staff.

The Trust will retain our infection prevention and control measures from 19 July, to protect patients, visitors, and staff. This follows the guidance from Public Health England and we anticipate all Trusts will do the same.

We will continue to require those on our sites to wear masks unless exempt, to socially distance, and to clean hands regularly. We will temperature check those entering the site.

We understand that visiting restrictions are difficult and have a real impact on patients and families. Our visiting policy remains restricted although we will review it in the light of any further guidance.

These restrictions mean that it is safe to attend our hospital for appointments. Please do take up appointments when offered so we can get you the treatment you need.
