Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has successfully achieved compliance with the NHS Litigation Authority (NHSLA) risk management standards at Level 2 following an on-site visit from the NHSLA assessors on Monday and Tuesday this week.

Heather Lawrence, Trust Chief Executive said: “This is an important achievement because demonstrating our compliance with the NHSLA risk management standards assures patients of our commitment to managing risks.

“I would like to thank all staff who played their part in this successful assessment visit and who worked hard to submit evidence for the assessors in advance of the visit. This was a real team effort.
