Nominate staff for Employee/Team of the Month award

Are you happy with your treatment at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital?

Would you like to recognise staff who have a caring approach and who are always prepared to help, or perhaps a team that pulls together and goes the extra mile to ensure that patients receive the best possible care?

In order to recognise the excellence of our staff, we have launched a monthly Employee/Team of the Month award – and we would like to encourage patients to nominate staff.

Alison Heeralall, Deputy Director of Human Resources at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, says: “Our staff work extremely hard each year to help the Trust meet and exceed its goals and aspirations.

“We want to say thank you to staff who you notice working hard, with enthusiasm, sometimes quietly delivering results behind the scenes, and going that extra mile.

“The monthly award will be presented in recognition of an individual’s or team’s contribution to ensuring that Chelsea and Westminster continues to be an excellent place to work and to be looked after by caring staff.”

Patients and staff can nominate individuals or a team in recognition of their group effort – winners will be chosen every month and they will be featured here on the Trust website and in our monthly staff newsletter Trust News which is also available on the website.

A certificate and prize will be given to each month’s winners in recognition of their hard work.
