Chelsea and Westminster Hospital offers a full range of general and specialist endocrine services and endocrine surgery including:
- Thyroid disorders including Thyroid Cancer (joint with the Royal Marsden Hospital)
- Neuroendocrine Tumours (joint with the Royal Marsden)
- Familial Endocrine Tumour Syndromes (including Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia and familial paraganglioma syndromes)
- Pituitary Disease
- Adrenal Disease (including Phaeochromocytoma)
- Reproductive Endocrinology
- Metabolic Bone Disease (including parathyroid disease and Vitamin D Deficiency)
- Obesity
- Lipid Clinic
- Hypertension Clinic
- Refsum's Clinic
- Adolescent Endocrinology
Endocrine investigations are performed in the Medical Day Unit and we have weekly multidisciplinary meetings to review the results. We have a full range of endocrine imaging on site including CT, MRI and Nuclear Medicine with a weekly radiology meeting held jointly with endocrine surgery colleagues.
