We are looking for patients to get involved in Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE).
We are looking for patients to get involved in Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE).
PLACE assessments involve a team of staff and patients visiting several areas at the hospital to assess the care environment, including reviewing the following:
- Cleanliness/maintenance/condition
- Accessibility/Disability
- Dementia
- Food provision and tasting
- Privacy and dignity
If you are a patient of our Trust, which includes Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital and would like to take part in these assessments, please get in touch with the patient experience team at chelwest.patientexperience@nhs.net.
The assessments are currently scheduled for 24, 25 and 26 October 2023.
