The Trust celebrated Trans Day of Visibility today with a panel discussion in the CW+ MediCinema at the Chelsea site to recognise and celebrate the contribution of our trans and non-binary staff.

During the event, staff shared stories and experiences from their lives and their time in the Trust, including their experience of transition. The event was an opportunity to provide authentic, diverse and accurate representation of trans and non-binary people and to celebrate their successes and contributions to the community.

Trans Day of Visibility is an important time to celebrate and recognise the contributions of trans and non-binary people. It provides an opportunity to raise awareness of the challenges that trans and non-binary people face and to promote greater understanding and acceptance. The Trust is proud to stand in solidarity with trans and non-binary people and is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff and patients.
