Lead Pharmacist nominated for two awards at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress

We are delighted to announce that Hasan Mohammed, advanced practitioner and lead pharmacist for GUM and 56 Dean Street, was nominated for two excellent awards at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress (CPC).
We are delighted to announce that Hasan Mohammed, advanced practitioner and lead pharmacist for GUM and 56 Dean Street, was nominated for two excellent awards at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress (CPC).
Hasan was nominated for the Excellence in Clinical Leadership and in Hospital Pharmacy Practice awards for his role as Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner in HIV. This role has gained traction for tis representation of an innovative development for pharmacist-led care and is the first role of its kind for HIV specialist pharmacists. Hasan presented his work at both the British HIV Association conference last month and the Clinical Pharmacy Congress.
Hasan says, “This is an exciting development for the profession and demonstrates that pharmacists can be clinicians.”
