Children’s surgery
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital has been designated as the lead centre for specialist children’s and neonatal surgery in Northwest London. This means that we carry out the most complex surgery on babies and children, as well as a range of more general surgery.
At West Middlesex, the surgical team covers both children and adults. We offer day case surgery and accept children with minor surgical injuries to the ward. If needed, the West Middlesex surgical team liaises with our Chelsea site for transfer.
