The Trust gives notice that it will hold elections to the Council of Governors of the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Elections are held in the following constituencies:
- Public governors
City of Westminster—2 vacant seats
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham—1 vacant seat
Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea—1 vacant seat
London Borough of Wandsworth—1 vacant seat - Staff governors
Allied Health Professionals, Scientific and Technical Class—1 vacant seat
Support, Administrative and Clerical Class—1 vacant seat

To qualify you must be a member of the Trust. If you are not a member and want to join to stand for election or vote please see this page.
All nominations must be received by the Returning Officer, Ciara Norris, Electoral Reform Services at the address detailed above by 5pm on Thu 20 Oct 2016. Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination they must put this in writing to the Returning Officer by 12 noon on Tue 25 Oct 2016.
Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying Foundation Trust members on Tue 8 Nov 2016. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Returning Officer, Electoral Reform Services by the close of poll, 5pm on Tue 29 Nov 2016.
