Chelsea and Westminster Quality Account published

All providers of NHS services in England have a statutory duty to produce an annual report to the public about the quality of services that they delivery—this is called the Quality Account.
Chief Executive Heather Lawrence says: “This Quality Account sets out the approach we are taking to improve quality at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and how we are translating this into improvements in patient care and clinical outcomes.
“We promote a safe environment for patients and staff and we aim to be a learning organisation.
“At a time of financial constraints on the NHS, we must ensure that the quality of our clinical services and patient care is not compromised by the need to work more efficiently.”
