Chelsea players including Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole and Didier Drogba—together with manager Andre Villas-Boas—visited the children's wards at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on Monday 19 December.

The manager and his players took time out of their busy schedules to make the surprise visit and help bring a little festive cheer to children and young people being cared for at the hospital.

Everyone at Chelsea and Westminster would like to say a big thank you to the players for their support and for making a huge difference to the lives of some of their youngest fans.
