Arriving at 10 HB

Due to social distancing we are limiting the number of patients we have in our waiting rooms. Therefore, we ask you to arrive just prior to your appointment. If you arrive too early, you may be asked to wait outside the clinic. Please attend the clinic on your own.

When you arrive at the clinic you will need to press the buzzer, located after the large black door, to speak with a Receptionist to confirm your appointment and direct you to the most appropriate floor.

We will take your temperature and you will be asked to use the alcohol hand gel. Please arrive wearing a face covering or mask.

A TV screen on the Ground Floor displays relevant information.

We are operating a one-way system through the building, so please take the lift to the appropriate floor and walk down the stairs to leave.
