Paediatric newly qualified/experienced Band 5 staff nurse rotation and non-rotation

Are you a student paediatric nurse about to qualify from university or an experienced paediatric nurse looking for a change of career opportunity? Are you an enthusiastic and dynamic person striving to provide excellent nursing care? Would you like to further your education with numerous in-house study days and courses linked to some of the largest universities in London? Then come and work at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust!

We will be holding a Paediatric/NICU Virtual Open Day on Tue 16 and Thu 18 Mar 2021 at both 10am and 2pm on Zoom.

The Virtual Open Day will give you a chance to meet various members of the Education Team, Ward Managers and Matrons to hear about what it is like to work at the Trust.

If you are interested in gaining a wide range of skills and having a diverse learning experience as an NQN, then our rotation programme is for you. You will be able to rotate around our specialist paediatric areas for one year with the support of a comprehensive preceptorship program. We also have fantastic non-rotation options if this is your preference. As an NQN you will be fully supported and developed by our paediatric and NICU education team and have a wide range of study day’s throughout the first year and beyond to aid your development.

If you are an experienced Band 5 nurse looking for new challenges and opportunities then this Trust is for you. We offer development towards band 6 on our bands 5–6 development pathway with great training and support in place.
