The UK-first digital platform to improve outcomes for colorectal patients launched this week.

The UK-first digital platform to improve outcomes for colorectal patients launched this week. The innovative technology designed by Christos Kontovounisios and the Trust's Colorectal Department with My Clinical Outcomes (MCO), supports a patient-led approach to symptom checking to enable clinicians to tailor treatment to individual needs and improve quality of life.

As part of its CW Innovation programme—run jointly by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and its charity, CW+—the online tool aims to capture patient data through diagnosis, treatment and long-term follow-up to improve care, whilst delivering long-term insights into the effectiveness of different treatments.
