Children, families and staff enjoyed a pantomime performance of Sleeping Beauty at West Middlesex Hospital on Friday 16 July.

The colourful production was held in Rumbles restaurant and brought smiles and laughter to the whole audience.

The show was organised by Starlight Children’s Foundation, which provides entertainment in hospitals and hospices, and grants wishes to seriously and terminally ill children.

Hayley Bryant, who plays Fairy Nuff in Sleeping Beauty, said, “Starlight’s Summer Panto is designed to be really engaging and entertaining for the children and we hope that the performance at West Middlesex gave the patients there a good dose of fun!  From their beaming smiles, it certainly looked as though they were enjoying the show!”

It was performed by The Panto Company which is visiting 100 hospitals and hospices during an eight week tour.
