It’s all systems go as our Star Awards 2013 are launched!

Nominations are now closed

Thank you to our patients and staff who nominated a star! All shortlisted nominees will be invited to attend an award ceremony at Chelsea Football Club on 18 April 2013 and winners will be announced afterwards.

The awards are:

• Patient Choice Award
• Staff Choice Awards:

• Healthcare Assistant of the Year
• Midwife of the Year
• Senior Nurse of the Year
• Nurse of the Year
• Doctor of the Year
• Diagnostic and Allied Health Professional of the Year (eg therapists, dieticians, pharmacists, radiographers)
• Facilities Services Star of the Year (eg ISS and Norland staff)
• Researcher of the Year
• Support Services Star of the Year (eg clinic clerks, receptionists, HR, finance)
• Manager of the Year
• Team of the Year
• Volunteer of the Year
• Educator/Mentor of the Year
• Outstanding Leadership Award
• Improving the Patient Experience Award (teams/departments)

• Council of Governors Special Award (nominations will come from our Council of Governors)
• Chief Executive Award (Chief Executive Tony Bell will select the winner of this award eg an outstanding team or member of staff)
