Following the success of the lunchtime exercise class in the hospital on Workout at Work Day in June, when Olympic legend Daley Thompson put more than 100 staff through their paces, another session took place at lunchtime today at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Physiotherapist Barry Crane led the exercise class with Olympian (and local resident) Clifford “Snowy” Brooks, who represented Barbados in the decathlon at the 1972 Games.

More than 50 staff, patients and local residents took part in the lunchtime exercise class to gear up for the start of the London Olympics this Friday.
