COVID-19 vaccine queries

15 January 2021

As a Trust, we are not currently providing the vaccine to members of the public and you are not able to book a slot to receive the vaccine. Questions should be directed to your local GP or the NHS website.

Our call centre teams have been experiencing a large volume of calls with questions about the COVID-19 vaccine.

We strongly support the vaccine programme.

As a Trust, we are not currently providing the vaccine to members of the public on our sites.  We cannot book you into a slot to receive the vaccine anywhere.

Members of the public are being prioritised on a case-by-case basis and will be contacted directly by the NHS to be offered the vaccine.

When you are eligible you will be invited to local centres run by GPs or one of the new mass vaccination centres opening.  The NHS letter provides all necessary information on how to book.

The vaccine is only available free from the NHS. You will never be asked for payment, bank details, or to 'apply' for it.

There is plenty of information on the NHS website about the vaccines being offered, which have been well-tested, and shown to be safe and effective.
