Edith Smith Medical Day Unit
The Edith Smith Medical Day Unit provides day services for:
- Gastroenterology
- Haematology Outpatients Clinic
- Care of the Elderly
- Neurology
- Oncology
- Respirology
- Rheumatology
It has a multidisciplinary assessment unit, consultation rooms and day medicine beds. The chemotherapy service for the Trust is also based on the unit.
George Watts Ward
The George Watts Ward provides a dedicated Dermatology day care service and also accepts patients from the satellite outpatient clinics at Queen Mary's Roehampton, Charing Cross and the Royal Marsden Hospitals. There are three main teams that make up Additional Services. The Stroke Team, lead by a senior physiotherapist, provides rehabilitative care for patients that have had a stroke.
