A one-day course run on behalf of the London Deanery, teaching the basic skills required to provide simulated training. The course covers debriefing skills, small group teaching and principles of planning scenarios. In order to successfully complete the course, candidates are then required to partake in one of our simulation courses to practice and develop the skills learnt.

A two-day multi-professional course providing comprehensive simulation training. The course reinforces the principles of ACRM and provides instruction on how to run scenarios, the essentials of human factors, and group dynamics as well as debriefing techniques.

This one-day simulation course aims to train gynaecology and radiology trainees in the skills required for effective transvaginal ultrasound scanning through use of a state of the art scanning simulator. The focus of the course is to provide the trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform this intimate examination.

This is a one day course for medical speciality trainees to attain RCR level one competence in ultrasound guided, intercostal aspiration and drainage. The courses includes lectures and practical sessions both simulated and with patients (non-invasive thoracic ultrasound).

This two nurses in the new field of acute oncology. The course focuses on how to set up and run an acute oncology service, management of oncology emergencies, and developing the practical skills required in acute oncology. Delegates will be provided with and acute oncology education pack to facilitate teaching at their own hospital.
