At Chelsea and Westminster we are committed to delivering an excellent service to patients and their relatives.
We are 1 of the top 5 hospitals in England for low mortality rates according to the latest Dr Foster Hospital Guide and 89% of our patients rated their care at Chelsea and Westminster as 'Excellent', 'Very Good' or 'Good' in the last annual Patient Survey.
We need staff with the right skills and experience to meet our customers’ needs and we want to develop the skills of staff to make the right service improvements.
It is important that all staff have a personal development plan that is linked to their job and the expectations laid out in their Agenda for Change post outline. In this way we can make sure we are giving direction, being fair and transparent about the learning opportunities available, and being consistent across the Trust.
All staff are encouraged to take full advantage of the training on offer, both for themselves, their patients and everyone in the Trust.
