Recruitment process

We advertise all our vacancies are advertised on our website and on NHS Jobs. If you would like to join the StaffBank please contact our in-house Staffbank team.

Applying for a vacancy

If you would like to apply for a vacancy will need to complete an online application form. We use a standard online application form for all vacancies—this ensures we assess all applications fairly.

When completing your application form use the person specification. The recruiting manager will shortlist based on the essential and desirable criteria for the role so make sure you include all relevant skills and experience in your application.

Once a vacancy has closed, your application will be transferred to our recruitment system called TRAC Jobs. It is important that you provide us with the correct email address on your application as our recruitment team will send most communications to you by email.

We aim for vacancies to be shortlisted within five working days of the advert closing, although this is not always possible. If you have not heard from us within three weeks of the closing date, please assume that you have not been shortlisted on this occasion. Please note we will not able to provide feedback at this stage.

Your interview

If you have been shortlisted for a position you be invited to attend an interview. The invitation will be sent to you by email and will include details of the interviewers, venue, date, and any additional assessments that will might form part of the interview process. You will need to confirm your acceptance by the link provided in the email. Once you have accepted you will be given an interview time.

We ask that you provide ID and Right to Work documentation at your interview.
