The Trust has a HR Recruitment Team who may be contacted should you wish to discuss or obtain further details regarding opportunities with the Trust. Application forms
If you are interested in any post, then please complete the online application form relating to the post you are applying for.
Please note that it is important to submit your form before the closing date specified as forms returned after this date cannot be considered.
All applications for posts must be made on the standard online application form.
Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications received the hospital will only be able to contact those applicants who are shortlisted for interview.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview, and the successful candidate will be appointed following all necessary pre-appointment checks and clearance for the specific post.
Interviews are usually held within two weeks of the closing date, so if you have not heard from us by this time, please assume that you have not been shortlisted on this occasion.
Completing the Application Form
When completing the application, you should refer to the job description and person specification and identify how your skills, knowledge and experience best meets the requirements of the post.
Previous experience may also include time spent working in an unpaid capacity.

Informal Visits
You may wish to have an informal visit as part of the recruitment process and this can be arranged by contacting the Trust staff. Details of the relevant Trust staff member may be obtained from the Directorate HR teams.
We will be pleased to meet you and show you around, as well as answer any questions you may have.
Travel Expenses
Travelling expenses are not paid as standard practice but should be discussed and agreed with the recruiting manager prior to the arrangement of any formal interviews or informal visits. Details of your itinerary must be provided in writing or via email before any agreement to pay will be considered.
Please note that any agreed reimbursement of travel expenses will be paid at public transport rate/second class rail travel (and from UK port of entry where travel is from abroad) and subject to the submission of receipts of travel that has taken place.
Accommodation
Short stay accommodation is available to candidates who have been shortlisted for interview and live outside London. The accommodation is available on site at Doughty House.
