Our monthly Employee/Team of the Month award recognises the excellence of our staff—and patients are encouraged to nominate staff.

The Employee/Team of the Month is sponsored and funded by Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity.

Alison Heeralall, Deputy Director of Human Resources at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, says: “We want to say thank you to staff who work hard, with enthusiasm, sometimes quietly delivering results behind the scenes, and going that extra mile.

“Our monthly award is presented in recognition of an individual’s or team’s contribution to ensuring that Chelsea and Westminster continues to be an excellent place to work and to be looked after by caring staff.”

Patients and staff can nominate individuals or a team in recognition of their group effort—winners are chosen every month and are featured here on the Trust website and in our monthly staff newsletter Trust News which is also available on the website.

A certificate and prize is given to each month’s winners in recognition of their hard work.
