Under the NHS Act 2006, the Foundation Trust regulator Monitor directs Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to prepare for each financial year a statement of accounts which must give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Trust and of its income and expenditure, total recognised gains and losses, and cash flows for the financial year.
The Annual Accounts are presented at the Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting which is held each September.
