Gynaecology Services (community)
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital provides a community gynaecology service for Westminster residents on behalf of NHS Westminster. The new service means that patients can benefit from the expertise of the hospital’s specialist staff in a setting which is closer to their home and more convenient.
The service is provided at the following sites:
- South Westminster Centre for Health (Wed pm)

All clinics can be acessed by your GP via Choose and Book.
The service treats patients with a broad range of conditions, including pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, menopause concerns and infertility. However, the community service is not suitable for all conditions (such as suspected cancer) and some patients will need to be referred directly to hospital.
The service will be provided by a hospital consultant and a specialist nurse. Patients can expect an appointment within two weeks of referral from their GP.
