Kensington and Chelsea Community Dermatology Service
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital provides a community dermatology service for Kensington and Chelsea residents on behalf of NHS Kensington and Chelsea.
The new service means that patients can benefit from the expertise of the hospital’s specialist staff in a setting which is closer to their home and more convenient.
The service is provided at the following sites:

Our community dermatology service treats patients with a broad range of conditions including mild to moderate acne, alopecia and mild to moderate eczema and psoriasis.
However, the community service is not suitable for all conditions (such as suspected cancer) and some patients will need to be referred directly to hospital.
The service will be provided by a hospital consultant, a specialist nurse, and specialist GPs. Patients can expect an appointment within two weeks of referral from their GP.
Westminster Community Dermatology Service
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital provides a community dermatology service for Westminster residents on behalf of NHS Westminster. The new service means that patients can benefit from the expertise of the hospital’s specialist staff in a setting which is closer to their home and more convenient.
The service is provided at the following sites:
The service treats patients with a broad range of conditions, including acne, alopecia and recurrent bacterial infections. However, the community service is not suitable for all conditions (such as suspected cancer) and some patients will need to be referred directly to hospital.
