HIV & Sexual Health Services
Introduction
The Trust’s HIV and sexual health centres enjoy an excellent national and international reputation for high quality and innovative care, using the latest technology. They provide a wide range of confidential services at conveniently located sites, some of which also offer extended opening hours. There is no requirement for a GP referral or the need to live in the local catchment area for most of these services.
What we offer
Sexual health clinics:
- John Hunter Clinic for Sexual Health (JHC)—Mon–Fri with evening clinics at 3rd Floor, St Stephen’s Centre, 369 Fulham Road, SW10 9NH
- West London Centre for Sexual Health (WLCSH)—Mon–Sat with evening clinics at Charing Cross Hospital (South Wing), Fulham Palace Road, W6 8RF (includes HIV outpatient services and more specialised services)
- 56 Dean Street (56DS)—Mon–Sat with evening clinics at 56 Dean Street, W1D 6AQ (includes full HIV outpatient services)
HIV outpatient clinic:
- Kobler Clinic (KC)—Ground Floor, St Stephen’s Centre, 369 Fulham Road, SW10 9NH
General services
- Testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections and other genitourinary problems such as thrush/cystitis
- Full range of contraceptives including emergency contraception/implants/coils
- Pregnancy testing
- Hepatitis B and C screens
- Hepatitis B vaccinations for at risk individuals
- Safer sex education and support/counselling
- Follow-up care for HIV+ individuals
- Emergency walk-in appointments
- Advice and referral for termination of pregnancy
- Psychosexual clinic (requires referral)
- Specialist sexual health services
- Clinic for men who have sex with men
- Clinic for women who have sex with women
- Service for people with learning disabilities
- Clinic for those working in the adult entertainment industry
- Clinic for people with viral hepatitis
- Rapid HIV testing service for black and ethnic minority groups
- Chronic clinics including herpes
- Telephone/text results service

- Sexual health appointments call 020 3315 6699 from 8:30am–5:30pm (Wed 11am–5pm and Fri 8:30am–5pm) or book online 24/7
- HIV appointments call 020 3315 6699 to book, cancel, or change appointments—patients wishing to register need to book a sexual health appointment (no GP referral required)

- SPLASH (Safe Positive Living And Sexual Health)
- Rite Clinic for HIV+ people aged 16–25 (first Wednesday each month from 5–7pm)
