Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is committed to developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with primary care practitioners.
The Trust is keen to ensure that referral processes are as simple and efficient as possible, the services provided are high quality and convenient for patients, and that all necessary information about a patient's care is communicated to GPs in a timely manner.
We also want to ensure that GPs have all the information they need when referring patients and supporting their patients in making a choice about where to receive their care.
To this aim, this area of the website has been developed to help keep GPs and other healthcare professionals informed about the Trust's clinical services, infection control performance, referral procedures, staffing news and educational opportunities.
