Training and development

We’re committed to investing in our staff with bespoke training and development opportunities so they can see real career progression when with us

We want to make sure that members of our team all have access to the best in house training and development the NHS has to offer, which suits their development needs.  

We also put great focus on our teams ensuring they complete their statutory and mandatory requirements with a target of 90% completion which is reported on a monthly basis to the Trust Board.
