Since we became an NHS Foundation Trust on 1 October 2006, our governance arrangements are as follows:
- A Board of Directors which includes 5 Executive Directors and 8 Non-Executive Directors (including the Trust Chairman)
- A Council of Governors which includes 10 patients, 8 members of the public and 6 members of staff (all elected by Foundation Trust members), 10 nominees from our partner organisations, and a Chairman who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors
Papers from Board meetings before we became a Foundation Trust are available below. According to our Constitution meetings of the Board of Directors are held in private after we became a Foundation Trust, therefore extracts of minutes are provided below.
