Publication scheme
Welcome to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Publication Scheme, developed in line with the Freedom of Information Act. This scheme replaces the previous scheme and has been developed in line with the most recent guidance issued by the Information Commissioners Office.
The aim of this Publication Scheme is to explain what information the Trust makes available to the public, and wherever possible provide an easy method of accessing this information. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the "Act"), every public authority has a duty to specify what information they publish (in terms of information 'classes'), how the information is made available, and whether it is available free of charge or upon payment.
