Notification of election

If you are a Foundation Trust member, you can have your say on the future of your hospital when elections to the Council of Governors are held in December.

Elections will be held in the following constituencies of the Council of Governors:

  • 2 Patient representatives
  • 3 Public representatives:
    • Westminster Area 1
    • Westminster Area 2
    • Wandsworth Area 1
  • 3 Staff representatives:
    • Allied Health Professionals, Scientific and Technical
    • Contracted
    • Nursing and Midwifery

Members registered in these constituencies are invited to nominate themselves to stand for election.

The deadline for Foundation Trust members to nominate themselves for election is 30 October 2013.

Ballot papers will be posted to members registered in the constituencies where elections will be held on 18 November 2013. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Returning Officer (Idox Elections, 25D Bishop Street, Londonderry, Northern Ireland, BT48 6PR) by the close of poll, 5pm on 6 December 2013. Election results will be published on this website on 9 December 2013.
