96% of attendees recommend Pain Management seminar

More than 40 members attended our latest Medicine for Members seminar on Monday 20 May on Pain Management.

More than 40 members attended our latest Medicine for Members seminar on Monday 20 May on Pain Management.

Dr Ian D Goodall, Consultant in Pain Medicine and anaesthetics and Clinical Lead for Pain Medicine, Charlotte Halmshaw, Associate Nurse Specialist, Dr Rahul Seewal, Consultant in Anaesthesia & Pain Medicine and Sarah Thomas, Clinical Nurse Specialist, all gave presentations about pain management and possible therapies for pain.  The floor was then opened for questions from the audience.

The feedback from the seminar was extremely positive with 98% of attendees rated the presentations as “Good” or “Excellent” and 96% of attendees would recommend Medicine for Members seminars to friends or family.

Comments included: “The event was most informative. I now appreciate how wide the [field of] pain management is and what a big challenge it is for the medical field.”
