On Thursday 27 September, Dr Jeremy Lewis (Consultant Physiotherapist) presented a Medicine for Members event on the Management of Shoulder Pain.

The evening was very popular with Foundation Trust members with nearly 50 people attending the event.

Dr Lewis opened with a broad overview of shoulder pain and then focused specifically on the condition known as “frozen shoulder”.

The event closed with Dr Lewis answering a lot of questions from the audience and talking about a wide range of shoulder pain complaints.

Feedback was extremely positive with comments including “learned a lot”, “I found Dr Lewis an excellent speaker” and “very, very interesting”.

The next Medicine for Members events will be advertised on these web pages and through the members’ e–newsletter.
