With just 2 weeks to go until the start of the Olympic Games, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is getting ready for the Games period with plenty of information for patients, visitors and staff about how the Games will affect the hospital.

A new information leaflet has been produced for patients and visitors to help you plan how to get to the hospital during the Games period from Friday 27 July to Sunday 12 August – in particular about the Olympic cycling road races over the weekend of Saturday 28 July and Sunday 29 July when Fulham Road will be shut and access to the hospital will be more difficult. Copies of the leaflet are being provided to patients and visitors in the hospital—download a copy here.

Information about the cycle road race weekend is available here.

Transport for London is now offering daily Games email alerts to keep you updated on public transport and road routes affected, provide information on travel hotspots, and suggest options to help you plan your journey—you can sign up on the TfL website.

See the Olympics section of this website for further information.
