Chelsea and Westminster Hospital has announced details of a unique careers event taking place at the hospital’s annual Open Day next Saturday 7 May (11am–3pm). The free event is aimed at people who are considering a career in healthcare, but are uncertain of what options are available and how they can get started.
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital has announced details of a unique careers event taking place at the hospital’s annual Open Day next Saturday 7 May (11am–3pm). The free event is aimed at people who are considering a career in healthcare, but are uncertain of what options are available and how they can get started.
There will be special sessions held throughout the day highlighting the different career options available and there will be plenty of opportunities to chat to experts in many different specialties including nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, pharmacy and medicine. Visitors to the event will also have the chance to meet current medical students to talk about what it takes to be able to become a doctor.
Representatives from educational providers including the Imperial College School of Medicine will be available to provide information about the range of different courses and degrees available and how to go about applying.
