Join our Patients’ Panel—give us your views on your hospital

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is launching a Patients’ Panel to ensure that the views of our patients about their hospital are heard loud and clear.

To improve our services we want to listen and respond to what patients tell us—by joining the Patients’ Panel you can:

• Give us valuable feedback on our services
• Comment on important decisions relating to the future of the hospital and its services
• Choose to take part in up to 4 surveys a year

What will it involve?

You will be invited to take part in 4 surveys a year which  will focus on the current key issues for patients and the hospital.
