Diarrhoea and vomiting—help us protect our patients and staff

Recently, there has been an increase in incidents of viral diarrhoea and vomiting at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

If someone visits our hospitals with these symptoms it could cause an outbreak of diarrhoea and vomiting in our wards and departments, which could prevent our staff from providing good care and experience to our patients.

To protect our patients, we ask you to not visit the hospitals if you have diarrhoea and/or vomiting, and stay away for a full 48 hours after your symptoms have ceased. Do not bring children, friends or family to the hospitals if they have had D&V within the last 48 hours.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
